The Spiral of Abundance
Don’t underestimate people’s generosity.
They are more generous than we’re led to believe by all the conditioning that tries to make us stingy (savings, precautions, children’s education, financing a long-term project alone…), by making us believe we are alone and isolated.
Everything I do in unconditional giving attracts generous people and/or makes people generous (who have simply forgotten that they already were inside before being conditioned into fear of others and into fear of lack, which in turn pushes us to possess)
We thus find ourselves in an evolutionary spiral toward abundance and not an involutive one toward lack (abundance of the heart on one side / fear of lack on the other)
Everything is in constant motion, even when we think we can stagnate, the spiral turns. So we have a choice to make at all times.
The starting point to find the right direction in the face of fear is Faith, that is, trust in the unpredictable, so as not to stop ourselves from doing what our heart desires.
Plant this seed in yourself, that you lack nothing and that everything you truly need will come to you, and you will begin to consume less material, less food, to waste less energy on activities you did to flee the fear of lack since you no longer need them, and by detaching from these activities that have become useless, you create a void that will automatically be filled by your new ideas, which will go in the direction of trust and no longer of fear. The snowball effect will be created by the simple fact of choosing to no longer fear lack.
We don’t free ourselves from the fear of lack by acquiring knowledge or powers but by evolving our state of mind, by daring to see differently, and by remembering that we lack nothing and have nothing to lose.
If we don’t let go of the consumptions we believe to be needs but that are in fact pleasures or comforts we’ve locked ourselves into, like alcohol, charcuterie and cheese boards, pastries, trips to the other side of the world or the latest fashionable phone, if we don’t let go of these consumptions we believe to be needs but that are in fact pleasures or comforts we’ve locked ourselves into, then we don’t complain about going to work to buy them.
We choose to be a victim who consumes and complains, or else we understand that we are responsible and thatwe are free when we know how to be content.
